Advances in wireless connectivity??

My GN Resound rep was in the other day telling me about the new GN Resound wireless products:

These seem pretty innovative as they eliminate the need for a companion device which contains a Bluetooth receiver (e.g. Oticon Streamer, Phonak iCOM). The wireless receiver is apparently

small enough to fit inside the hearing aid. Pretty innovative look as well.

Should be available in Canada in August or September - call me if you want be the first to try it out!!

Get some Sleep!

It's a noisy world out there - especially here in Toronto. We've noticed a trend here lately - we're seeing more and more clients for custom fit sleep plugs. These are low profile (i.e. they don't stick out), soft silicone custom fit plugs - perfect for sleeping. Much more comfortable than standard foam plugs but more importantly, because they are custom fit (made from an impression of your ear), they tend to be much more comfortable. Call us for more info or to book an appointment.
